I met with the organization’s founder, Danielle Sampey, who stated that she is overwhelmed and elated with the response. She reports, “we have received hundreds of emails and the phone has not stopped reading.” She states that the program was such a blessing and is so appreciative of the donation made by Gary & Diane Heavin, founders of Curves. Gary & Diane, who participated in the hit series show, donated $100,000 to the Houston organization. This donation will help extensively.
The organization is still receiving donations to support the continued services provided by the staff.
